POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Only registered guests of the hotel permitted on premises.

Reservations are acceptable utilizing VISA, Master Card, and AMEX. Credit cards must be present at the time of check-in with valid identification.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A 21 AND OVER RESORT. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans change. Please note we have two different cancellation policies.

Cancellation Timeline and Refunds: Guests can cancel their reservation with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Penalties for Late Cancellation: If a guest cancels their reservation within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date, a penalty will be incurred. This penalty consists of the cost of the first night’s stay, along with any applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation Policy: Alternatively, instead of incurring a penalty, guests have the option to reschedule their stay for another available date without any additional charges. This offer is valid only if the guest chooses to reschedule at the time of cancellation.

Procedure for Cancellation or Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule a booking, guests must contact Talavera’s reservation department directly. This can be done via hello@talaverapalmsprings.com or by phone at 833-283-0010.

Please note that all ADD-ON items are prepaid at the time of reservation, please allow for at least 24 hours when ordering add-on items.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for any massage or spa treatment, cancellations received after this time will be subject to a 100% charge.

CHECK IN IS AT 4PM AND CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM.

All rates are subject to 12.5% Occupancy Tax and a $20 Resort Fee.

Rates for rooms and suites are based on single or double occupancy.

The Sunset and Sunflower Haciendas may accommodate up to 4 guests with an additional fee of $50 per night per extra person.

Pet Fee of $45 per night for ONE Dog. $60 per night for TWO Dogs. Max 2 dogs per room.

All rooms are non-smoking. Violators may be fined $500 or more if there is any detection of a smell of smoke of any kind inside the room.

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.

Rates are based on availability and are subject to change without prior notice.

Modifications will be subject to rates on the date of modification.

Staff is available and on-site from 9:30 AM TO 6 PM.
